Privacy Request
Under privacy laws including GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you — and to opt out of any sharing of that information for marketing purposes.
How to submit a request
Email privacy@smallplateclub.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us:
- The type of request (access, correction, deletion, portability, or opt-out)
- The email address you used when subscribing to our newsletter (so we can locate your record)
- Your country and state of residence (so we can apply the right legal framework)
What happens next
We'll verify your identity by replying to the email address on file. Once verified, we'll respond to your request within 30 days at no charge.
If we need more time (rare — only for complex requests), we'll let you know within the first 30 days and confirm the timeline.
